Nottingham-based SDL Property Auctions was acquired by BTG Eddisons in 2023, joining Pugh & Co, Mark Jenkinson to become the UK’s largest property auctions firm operating today.
SDL Property Auctions specialises in residential and commercial properties, as well as development land. These are just as often private individuals as they are corporate clients, highlighting the universal appeal of working with SDL Property Auctions.

BTG Eddisons first property auction acquisition was Pugh and Co, who joined BTG Eddisons in 2016 as one of the UK’s leading property auctioneers.
Pugh & Co have been running monthly auctions since 1991, selling land, commercial buildings and residential properties for multinational property organisations and public bodies alike.
In 2023, BTG Eddisons combined Pugh & Co and Mark Jenkinson’s auction listings to create one of largest auction catalogues across the North, giving us a bigger geographic reach and unrivalled insight into the market.
Established in 1877, Mark Jenkinson is regarded as one of the largest auction houses in South Yorkshire. With a strong reputation for consistent, professional advice and unparalleled customer service, the team has grown to be a huge name in the industry.
Mark Jenkinson joined BTG Eddisons in 2023, supporting Pugh & Co’s existing services. Alongside auctioneering, the team comprises a large group of property surveyors who are on hand to give you solicited, “no-obligation” appraisals of your properties.
