Live Streamed Auctions

Our Live Streamed Auctions offer properties in a traditional auction-room setting, following weeks of targeted pre-auction marketing, but are conducted completely online with a live auctioneer. Interested parties will be invited to attend the auction online in real-time, where they can bid to win the property or plot of land. 

Those making offers can do so using our online bidding platform, through our team by proxy, or by calling us. If you are the seller, we will contact you to confirm the result.

How do I sell a property at auction?

Contact our team when you are ready to sell a property at auction. We will take time to understand your requirements before sending one of our surveyors to your premises to conduct a free appraisal.

The value we determine your property to be worth will act as a guide price when we begin marketing it. We will then provide advice to help you set a reserve price for the auction. This is the minimum bid that our auctioneer can sell the property for. At this point, you should appoint a solicitor to prepare a legal pack for your building or land that contains all the relevant contracts and documents for prospective owners.

We will then list your property and promote it using online marketing methods. Bidders can make their offers when the auction opens, and we will notify you of the result after the auction finishes.
