Live Streamed Auctions
Our Live Streamed Auctions offer properties in a traditional auction-room setting, following weeks of targeted pre-auction marketing, but are conducted completely online with a live auctioneer. Interested parties will be invited to attend the auction online in real-time, where they can bid to win the property or plot of land.
Those making offers can do so using our online bidding platform, through our team by proxy, or by calling us. If you are the seller, we will contact you to confirm the result.
BTG Eddisons Property Auctions Multi-Lot Timed Auctions are where multiple lots are offered online within a set bidding window. They follow weeks of pre-auction marketing across our digital platforms to raise interest in the lots.
Once bidding opens, buyers can make offers online, or by proxy, depending on their preference.
Our Single-Lot Timed Auctions are a straightforward method. Properties or land are uploaded and marketed as usual, with bidding available 24/7 from the moment the auction opens to when it closes. The seller will decide with our experts how long the asset will be on the market.
Once again, prospective buyers can make offers using our online platform, or through our proxy service.
