Internet Bidding
Our Internet Bidding platform allows you to participate in Live Streamed and Timed Auctions from anywhere. Once registered, you can place bids in real time, track the auction progress, and increase your bid as needed. This method is perfect for buyers who want full control and transparency throughout the auction process.
If you prefer a more personal approach, Telephone Bidding lets you speak directly with one of our team members during the auction. A member of our auction team will place bids on your behalf as instructed, ensuring you don’t miss any opportunities while still participating in real time. This is ideal for buyers who may not be able to attend the auction online but want to be actively involved. Telephone bidding is only available for our Live Streamed auctions.
With Proxy Bidding, our auction team will bid for you up to a maximum amount that you set in advance. This method is convenient if you cannot attend the auction or want a stress-free experience. We act in your best interest, placing incremental bids on your behalf until your maximum limit is reached, giving you a chance to secure the property without being present.
