What are Multi-Lot Timed Auctions?

Our Multi-Lot Timed Auction service is where multiple properties and plots of land are offered online within a set bidding window. These events follow weeks of pre-auction marketing across our digital platforms to raise interest in the lots and ensure maximum visibility for each set of assets.

During the bidding window, you can bid on any of the available lots at your convenience. The minimum opening bid for each property will be made clear, and you will have easy access to detailed asset information and images for every lot.

If you're successful on one or more lots, your payment will be taken immediately from the bank account you shared while registering to bid. At this stage, we’ll only take the initial property deposit and reservation or buyer's fee and, and you’ll have up to 28 days to pay the remainder of the sale price.
