UK auction houses unite as BTG Eddisons Property Auctions

The move unifies the firms’ expertise and nationwide presence, creating one of the largest property auction businesses in the UK. The combined business will offer a full spectrum of auction formats, including live stream, multi-lot timed and single-lot timed auctions, with around 400 lots offered each month, ranging from residential and commercial properties to land and development opportunities.

The unification is part of the wider rebrand of Begbies Traynor Group to BTG. Eddisons, the Leeds-headquartered property consultancy that joined BTG 11 years ago, has been renamed BTG Eddisons under the changes. 

London-based Network Auctions, which was acquired by BTG Eddisons at the end of last year, will also adopt the BTG Eddisons Property Auctions identity in due course, further extending the group’s national footprint.
