Sixteen parking spaces in Watford are set to be auctioned this month with a guide price of £40,000.
Most of the bays, at Rembrandt House, on Whippendell Road in Watford, are situated in a secure underground car park accessed via fob entry with other parking spaces in the Edwardian building’s outdoor car park.
The Rembrandt House residential development is close to transport links and local amenities and a 20-minute walk from Watford town centre.
The spaces will feature in the upcoming live stream auction to be held by BTG Eddisons Property Auctions on 28 May 2026.
Toby Limbrick, director at BTG Eddisons Property Auctions, said: “We’re continuing to see strong demand for parking spaces in Watford, especially in areas where supply is limited. With good transport links and key local destinations nearby, we expect these bays to attract interest from both investors and local residents.”
He added that assets of this type continued to appeal to buyers seeking small-scale, income-generating opportunities in well-connected urban locations.
“The car park at Rembrandt House is within walking distance of the Metropolitan tube line, Watford’s football stadium, as well as the town’s hospital,” he said.
“Comparable listings on the parking website JustPark suggest that local parking spaces can achieve daily rates of up to around £21 per bay, depending on demand and what events are taking place.”
BTG Eddisons Property Auctions is a national auction business formed through the unification of regional brands including Pugh, SDL Property Auctions, Mark Jenkinson and Network Auctions.
