A development site in the village of Hipperholme near Halifax, with planning consent to build 10 detached houses, is set to go under the hammer this month, with a guide price of £900,000.
BTG Eddisons Property Auctions has been appointed to sell the 1.4 acre freehold site, which is located on St Giles Road, half a mile from the centre of Hipperholme. The land will feature in the upcoming multi-lot timed auction, with bidding opening on 28 April and closing the following day.
